There are mobile homes and complexes in the area.
I don't know how they were able to get it there.

The climate here is mild and can snow at times.
I wanted to use it for my bug-out location.
There is a water source nearby that pasture animals use.
I don't know if a well is easily accessible.
A neighbor tried to make some sort of shelter nearby.

A county note on the shelter said something to the effect that it didn't meet county building requirements.
However, I could be wrong.
I've never met any of the neighbors.
