This role will be responsible for sales in the Quad Cities and surrounding area.
YOUR IMPACT
WALK ALONGSIDE HOMEOWNERS: Good, quality water is essential, but let's be real, it is worrisome when someone will be in your home.
As a Territory Sales Manager you'll help homeowners through a full water analysis, provide education and consultation on the why behind the solution, and explain the installation process.
MAKE CUSTOMERS HAPPY: Visit customers' homes through set sales appointments to determine their desired outcomes and offer solutions to alleviate their problems.
Follow through with customers until all issues are resolved, ensuring customer's expectations have been remarkable.
BUILD YOUR REPUTATION: Build you own reputation in the community as a water solutions expert and reinforce Clearwater Systems' reputation as a premier company.

YOUR SKILLS
MINDSET: Desire to be exceptional.
EXPERIENCE: Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
A minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
Must be computer/tech savvy.

REQUIREMENTS: Valid/clean driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
Ability to run sales appointments from Monday to Saturday at our customer’s convenience, as well as work additional evenings and/or weekends for community-related activities and events.
