Small furnished room available in quiet, owner occupied house near Yavapai Regional Medical Center.
Room is detached from the main house, has a private entrance, and is furnished with a twin bed, dresser + small closet.
Tenant has full access to all common areas in the main house, including the shared bath, kitchen, living room, laundry room and spacious fenced yard.
Because this is a shared house, we each do our part to keep the house tidy and pleasant for everyone who lives here.
For example, we do our dishes promptly and take turns cleaning the bathroom.
In addition, we also agree to abide by these house rules: no drugs or heavy alcohol use, no smoking or vaping inside, no pets or overnight guests.
Rent is month to month and includes all utilities and internet.
First and last month’s rent are required to move in.
30 days move out notice required.
While preference is given to individuals seeking long-term housing, owner will consider shorter rental agreement.
First 90 days are a trial period to be sure we are a good fit.
Safety issues require more immediate action.
The ideal candidate is employed, sober, and emotionally stable.
Individuals strong in their recovery are encouraged to apply.
