$700 / 4br - Looking for roommate (Prescott Valley)

I'm looking to rent out my large back room for $700 Inc utilities, the bathroom is shared with 2 clean and respectful men and is cleaned on rotation.
Must be animal tolerant I have dogs and cats and this is there home first, I allow pets that are well behaved and are pet friendly with a non refundable $150 pet deposit.
I require first and last on move in which would be $1400 and a signed house rules.
I live on 2acres outside Prescott Valley in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, it is all dirt once you come in the gates.
I would love a roommate to help with a garden or a pond etc I'm open to ideas.
