You must use only natural body products and cleansers.
The room for rent is on one side of the house and is private in that it has a separate entrance from the main house with a dividing door between the other side of the house and its own kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms.
You would share this space with one other person.
The miniature horse ranch is on 2.
5 acres and there are plenty of organic gardens, barns, decks, patios, hammocks and places to go for solitude.
The ranch is across the street from hiking trails and a 25 minute walk to two rivers.
It has beautiful views of the desert.
It's a 25 minute drive to Sedona.
And 15 minutes to Cortonwood.
The rent is $600 per month plus 1 hour of ranch work per day, 5 days per week.
It includes food from the organic gardens, laundry machine/dryer and the land.
$50 for utilities per month, per person.
Covers wi-fi, electricity, garbage, water.
$500 security deposit.
Ranch work/community service is mostly gardening, mucking, exercising the miniature horses, animal care or building depending on your desires and skills.
Our intentional community is about going back to nature and the simple life.
Living close to the land, growing our own food and sharing it in community meals, being healthy, conscious and loving, chemical free, learning from each other, and supporting and caring for one another, the animals and the land.
We are looking for someone who is all natural and never smokes (anything), drinks alcohol or takes any drugs, including pharmacueticals.
Who is self-reliant and free of addictions.
You eat 95% organic food and always use natural products on your body and to clean the house.
You enjoy living in community and can easily communicate your feelings peacefully (good or bad) and know how to use responsible non-violent communication.
You love animals, treat them well and thrive working in organic gardens.
You understand the Universe is infinite and that we are all connected in a spiritual (not religious) way.
You are very clean and wash your dishes when finished.
You are just one person without any indoor pets.
You have a clean record void of felonies or misdemeanors.
You are healthy, strong and balanced and enjoy working outdoors, spending time frolicing with horses and simply being in nature.
Due to the nature of ranch-life, you are fit and injury-free.
You are positive and uplifting to be around.
