I have a room coming for rent on December 1st.
Rent for single person is $850 a month and $1050 for a couple.
Rental agreement is Month to month with minimum of 30 day notice.
$300 security deposit.
All utilities are included.
There is a shared bathroom.
Washer and Dryer is Available.
Must like animals and be able to tolerate a couple of rowdy pups.
Cleanliness is a must.
