$400 / 4br - Two rooms for rent (Chino Valley)

Very quiet home, I'd love to keep it that way.
I keep to myself, I'm not much for small talk and I stay in my room unless I'm working with dogs.
You've gotta like animals to be here, dogs are here, and often are dogs I'm training and working with.
There are two empty rooms at the moment, one is VERY small and I can't stress that enough.
It's a place to lay your head.
The other is much bigger.
Both are furnished for the most part, but I can take anything out you don't need.
I'm 35 male and as I said very to myself.

The bigger is 900 a month.
That's all included full use of the house washer dryer your own fridge.
It's your home I'm just in a back room of it.
Rent is due when you move in with a 150$ deposit and is month to month with rent due before every month you stay.
I'm very easy to live with I'm just picky who I have in my home
