Merchandise Manager

Responsibilities: - Oversee the merchandising operations of the store, ensuring that products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner - Collaborate with the Department Leads to select merchandise that aligns with current ads and circulars - Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking, resetting or end cap promotion - Conduct regular store walkthroughs to assess visual displays, signage, and overall store presentation Experience: - Previous experience in a retail merchandising role - Strong knowledge of retail sales principles and techniques - Proficiency in using POS systems and cash registers - Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing displays that drive customer engagement - Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly - Managerial opening and closing duties Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
