Older Couple Looking To Rent As Roommates (PRESCOTT and Surrounding Areas)

My Husband and I are looking to RENT SPACE as “roommates” we would like 1 or 2 bedrooms with 1 private bathroom.
My Husband is 61 and I'm 62 years of age.
We do not smoke or drink alcohol or consume any illegal substances, with no criminal record.
We are very clean and quiet, not party people and we have no animals.
Our Budget is $700 a month for the rent and that would include Utilities.
My Husband has a “work at home job” where he does “customer service calls” for a company based in Phoenix Arizona.
I do not work as I'm not in good health.
We are looking for a place with no animals or children and roommate with you on a month to month lease as we are on a waiting list to rent an apartment in the near future and need to be able to move when needed.
We are familiar with Prescott-Prescott Valley-Chino-Dewey as we lived in Prescott Valley for 24 years.
