Permanent Housing Wanted by Happy Hippie Senior (Prescott AZ)

Dear prospective landlord or home owner: My name is Leigh Waters.
I'm a 66 yr old retire living on a fixed income.
I am a famliy of one, with no pets.
I'm urgently looking for permanent housing that I can afford with a move-in date of around January 15th.
I am clean tidy and quiet do not smoke and will take a one year lease if it's offered.
On my income I can afford about $350 a month and get along well with other tenants.
I have zero tolerance for theft or for people who dump their issues onto others.
I would make an ideal tenant for a senior citizen who is female, who is now living alone and who could use a little help with yard work and/or cooking.
I'm an excellent cook.
