The cottage is close to all amenities yet still offers fresh air, a feeling of space & country cottage charm.
This one bedroom, one bath cottage has a full kitchen and bathroom ( with a tub) and stackable full size washer and dryer.
The cottage has a large front yard and a private spacious patio with a sun umbrella, dining table, and Adirondack chairs.
We are looking to rent monthly and up to 3 months at a time.
All utilities included.
Any additional person must be on the lease and there is an additional $200 charge monthly for the second person.
Rental comes fully furnished.
