The home has a large communal parking area that can park 4 cars comfortably.
The guests will also have access to the detached garage for single car parking.
There are several steps leading up to the front door.
As you walk in the space will open up to a beautiful open floor plan which connects the living room, dining room, and kitchen all together.
The three rooms create an almost L-shape.
Allowing all the rooms to be connected but still giving enough separation to enjoy the atmosphere of each area.
On the opposite side of the home resides the master bedroom with a king bed and a large closet.
The master bath even has an LED color changing light in the walk-in shower and a vanity mirror to set the perfect ambiance for your morning/evening routine.
Across the hall from the master bedroom there is a guest bedroom with two full beds and and a closet.
Both beds sit closely together.
Perfect for children to use.
Down the hall from this room is the full guest bathroom with a tub/shower hybrid.
All bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers.
The porch is a complete wrap around of the main level of the home.
It has access points from the kitchen, the front door, and the master bedroom.
On the deck we have a large gathering table with a canopy and several bonus chairs to use at your leisure.
The home is also equipped with a grill Downstairs there are two separate bedrooms.
Each bedroom is equipped with a queen sized bed and a large closet.
In the downstairs living room there are two plush couches for guests to kick up their feet during downtime at the home.
We also have a gaming table that acts as a miniature ping pong table, air hockey table, and pool table for those looking for a fun way to pass the time.
The downstairs has a separate kitchen that we keep stocked with a refrigerator, microwave, plates, bowls, silverware, and some drinking glasses for any little snacks you want to keep downstairs during your stay.
The washer/dryer unit for the home is located downstairs off the living room.
The entire home is open for guests to use.
There is only one locked closet in the home for supplies in the main entrance way.
The home sits on top of a hill in a quite neighborhood less than 10 min away from Prescotts downtown.
The home site close to the hospital, Walmart, Safeway and several small fast food chains.
All are less than 5 min away from the property for any little trips you need to make during your stay.
Once you enter the property you feel very secluded.
There is one neighbor on the far side of the property and down the hill a ways.
Large amount of trees, shrubbery and large boulders heavily obscure the line of sight between both homes.
The next closest homes sit at the bottom of the hill.
Although you have quick access to the main road the home feels very private and the area is very quite.
The property itself is quite large.
We do like to remind guests that the home is built on a slant and to be cautious as you explore the landscape.
