Rehoming friendly and energetic dog (Prescott)

Looking for a loving home for my 1.
5 year female terrier mix.
Up to date on shots and spayed.
Crate trained.
She struggles with potty training.
She is an extremely affectionate dog, good with people and kids.
Not great with other dogs usually, but has warmed up in the past.
No experience with cats.
The main reason I am rehoming is because she needs space to run off her energy and someone who can devote more time to training.
I had planned to put in a fenced area but finances fell through for that project.
She hasn't done great with training, but I feel she would respond well if she had a safe space to get her energy out.
She would thrive in a farm type environment or other large fenced in area.
She loves to cuddle and play fetch and is praise motivated.
I will give all of my pet supplies to whoever takes her, including food, feeding bowls, and crate.
