Blue tongue skink

Blue to gue skink with full 7 foot enclosure, temp control, extras.
Enclosure not built to spec but has worked fine for appx 5 years.
Moving soon and need to start looking for a new home.
Not interested in selling him without enclosure, it’s home to him and he recognizes it, asking 300 as adults alone go for 250 on average.
