Rehoming 7 year old Chorgi (BLACK CYN CTY)

Hoping to find a great home for my 7+ year old Chihuahua Corgi? mix.
Born (4-01-2016) Male neutered.
15+ pounds.
Current Vet checkup and rabies vaccination.
Obviously house broken and pretty obedient.
Must have a home with a fenced yard.
He loves to run and play! NO apartment dwelling! Rehoming fee of $50 for security, firm! I'm just an old man and can't keep up with him.
This breaks my heart.
Loves to play, great with people and kids, and other animals.
Barks to protect yard etc.
and alerts.
Doesn't need a crate, and doesn't like a collar and leash! But will leash walk.
Comes with bowls, some food, bed, and toys.
