2018 CSC TT250 - $1,800

I have a nice 2018 CSC TT250 with only 44 miles.
It’s been sitting for couple years.
Has some scratches on a couple fairings.
Needs new tube in back tire (already purchased) and carb needs to be cleaned out.
Cup is sticking.
It’s a quick fix and can be a good reliable bike for someone.
I have the manual, tool kit etc that came with the bike.
