1990 Wellcraft - $800 (Chino valley)

Project boat.
1990 Wellcraft 192 sport cabin cruiser and trailer.
Someone dropped in a 4 cylinder Volvo motor which appears rebuilt but only has 60 lbs compression so can’t get it running.
I suspect collapsed rings.
Taking the head off next week.
Volvo outdrive.
Needs new interior however the floor appears solid.
Hull is in great shape.
All the parts are here to make it a good first boat but I don’t have the time to finish it.
Current Game and Fish paperwork.
