Evolve Healthcare is seeking a CVICU Travel Registered Nurse for a 13 week contract at YAVAPAI REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER - WEST PRESCOTT, AZ, 86301.
*Schedule* is Nights; 36 hours/week 3 x 12 hour shifts.
Every Other Weekend.
Contract length is 13 weeks.
Projected start date is 1/30/24.
*Compensation* is $2,490.
84 gross per week including a tax free housing and meal stipend of $1,266.
84 paid every Friday.
W2 wage is $34/hr on 36 hrs.

# of beds-12
Ratios 1:2, or 1:1 based on acuity
Required Certifications-ACLS, BLS
Common diagnoses/Types of patients -AMI, CAD, PVD,
Experience or 'Must have' skills-IABP, CRRT, Fresh OHS from the OR experience; *Must have 2 years of CVICU experience*
Shifts & Scheduling-12 hrs 7p-7a
Weekend Requirement-every other weekend but may defer if skill needed M-F; department decision
Scrub Color/Dress Code -Navy Blue
Additional Notes-Impella experience desired, Cerner EMR

* *AZ or Compact RN License *

* *BLS & ACLS Cert *
