Hospice Triage RN - 7 on 7 off - FT, Prescott

Prior hospice experience preferred.
This is a FULL-TIME needed position.
(FT) Hours of coverage are from 5:00PM till 8:00AM Monday through Friday and 8a-8a Saturday and Sunday.
RN would be responsible for triaging calls after hours during the week and on weekends and will require visits to patients as needed.
Requirements: Prompt response to all calls received Triage incoming calls and make patient visits when required.
RN will be working closely with the Clinical team.
Must have reliable transportation and the ability to respond quickly to patient and family needs.
Must be flexible and dependable.
Must have ability to interact with all cultures Excellent documentation a must Must be able to work well within a team of health care professionals Must have up to date licensing as required by state Current CPR certificate Current Driver's license Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Sunday On call Weekends License/Certification: RN License in the state of AZ (Preferred) The goal is to help patients live their final days with dignity and comfort.
