*Operations/Technology Manager:*
A key part of the management team who analyzes and improves organizational processes, and works to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.
The Operations/Technology Manager is responsible for coordinating the maintenance of facilities, medical equipment, and the business vehicle fleet.
Additionally, the Operations/Technology Manager implements, monitors, and maintains IT systems across the organization.
This includes setting up hardware and/or software, diagnosing connectivity and/or data access problems, and providing subject matter expertise regarding the life-cycle of hardware and software.
*Job Duties:*
* Coordinates the maintenance of facilities, medical equipment, and the calibration of devices as required.
* Facilitates the maintenance and upkeep of company vehicles.
* Pick up patients for surgery appointments as required.
* Provides direct IT support to users across the organization.
* Administers the Local Area Network (LAN), 6 Virtual Private Networks (VPN), 7 SonicWall firewalls, 50 user workstations, and 3 servers.
* Plans, develops, and implements network security for organizational information systems, networks, and data centers.
* Identifies information vulnerabilities and risks to secure the IT infrastructure to prevent the loss of Patient Identifiable Information (PII), proprietary information, and organizational information.
* Purchase hardware and software as required.
* Train and assist employees to utilize programs, applications, ophthalmic/medical software, and hardware.
* Implement and maintain terminal services.
* Install and maintain all software and applications.
* Install and maintain IT hardware.
* Monitor and reports Practice Analytics as required by the Quality Payment Program (QPP).
* Manage the key control and physical security of six medical offices.
* Implement and maintain Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV)/alarm systems.
* Pick up patients for surgery appointments.
* Facilitate website design, maintenance, and support.
* Liaise with Greenway Health for technical support regarding the implementation of Intergy, Electronic Health Records (EHR).
* Liaise with Ellkay for technical support regarding the implementation of the GI Pathology system.
* Provide administrator functions for the organizational Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) System.
