*Child & Family Support Services (CFSS) is accepting applications for Full-time Clinical Coordinator for our Relationship Based Autism Center in Yavapai County.

This position will provide comprehensive care to address the presenting behavioral health needs of young people with ASD.
RBAC works directly with young people and families diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder through a variety of modalities using a wide range of approaches.
We specialize in partnering with families to inspire hope, create understanding and promote.
This position involves working directly with children and families.
This is *not* a supervisory position.
Majority of time is spent in homes and the community rather than in an office setting.
*Job Responsibilities:*
* Provide counseling to children and families who are experiencing a range of stressors and traumatic events.
Counseling approaches are strength based and family centered.
Provide psychoeducation to caregivers and system stakeholders to promote an understanding of trauma and its impact on behavior.
Deploy counseling strategies to promote physiological regulation and emotional safety.
* Collaborating with family, team members to create recommendations for clinical services and strategies and approaches within a child's circle of relationships and life domains to support their development and promote resilience.
Provide clinical recommendations to caregivers can deploy to support a healing environment.
* Facilitating clinical meetings (establishing an agenda, setting and maintaining a strength based meeting environment, staying within timeframes, giving all team participants the opportunity to contribute, holding people accountable for their commitments and the ability to assist a team in developing a consensus) for children and families.
* Interacting professionally with other stakeholders: Division of Child Safety (DCS), Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), juvenile probation, Direct Service Providers (DSP), etc.
* Performing other duties related to the position
*This position requires afternoon, evening, and weekend work.
Adaptability in scheduling, driving throughout the county and working within the homes and communities of the families we support is required.

*Education/Experience Needed:*
* High school diploma or GED .
* Must have a Masters or Bachelors degree in social work, counseling, applied behavior analysis, or psychology
* 1+ years of experience working with children and adolescents on the Autism Spectrum
* 1+ years of experience working in behavioral health
*Requirements:*
* Must be 21 years or older
* Valid Arizona Driver's Licence with an acceptable 39 month driving record
* Reliable transportation, including proof of Insurance
* Candidates are required to submit a negative drug test
* Obtain an Arizona DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
* Complete Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and First Aid training
