Child & Family Support Services (CFSS) is accepting applications for a variety of positions within our agency serving Yavapai County .

Flexibility in scheduling; requires afternoon, evening, and weekend work.
● Willingness to drive to different cities and willingness to work within the homes and communities of the young people and families we support.
*\*Represents a CFSS Core Competency Requirements:* ● Applicants must be 21 years or older.
● Reliable transportation is required, including proof of insurance, a vehicle safety check and an acceptable driving record.
● Supervisory experience preferred, but not required.
● Candidates are required to submit a negative substance abuse test, be able to obtain fingerprint and criminal history background clearance, and clear the Central Registry Check Reports of child abuse and neglect.
CPR, First Aid, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention are required training that is provided by the agency.
● Minimum qualifications High School or Equivalent (GED) Relevant experience preferred (\*\*See below for relevant experience.
) ● *Direct Support Specialist* (High School or Equivalent (GED) ● *Care Coordinator & Clinical Coordinator candidates* must be BHT with two (2) years of related behavioral health work experience.
● *Counselor candidates* must have related behavioral health work experience and a related Master's degree.
Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling / Licensure preferred.
