Responsibilities
Our Virtually Integrated Care RN positions are virtual but not remote and are located in Prescott Valley, AZ.
$10k Relocation Assistance is available!
This job is responsible for supporting and driving the plan of care and providing comprehensive remote oversight of the care of patients on a medical/surgical or telemetry unit.
The virtual model will include collaboration between the bedside team and virtual team members where an incumbent will anticipate and direct the care of the patient through evaluating health promotion risk reduction and advanced clinical decision-making.
An incumbent assumes accountability for patient care outcomes through the assimilation and application of evidence-based practice to design implement and evaluate care.
This is accomplished through coordinating and assisting in patient care.
Work requires a high degree of professional competence and autonomy will be demonstrated in performing the roles of 1) clinician 2) educator 3) consultant/collaborator 4) leader.
Qualifications
Required
Two years of related acute care work experience which includes one year leadership experience preferred.
Outcomes management experience required
Bachelor’s Degree - BSN degree (or must be actively in pursuit of a BSN degree)
Arizona RN license
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider
Preferred
Master’s Degree in Nursing
