Wolf Creek Recovery is a values based, Joint Commission accredited organization with a national presence in substance addiction and mental health treatment.

*Position Specific Requirements/Competencies* _Education_ - Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or other related field.
_Licensure_ - Licensure at the independent level (LPC).
_Experience_ - Two years of full-time direct practice experience in working with substance abuse clients.
_Skills_ - Ability to maintain accountability, meet deadlines, and follow-through on tasks.
- Exemplary ability to make sound decisions in crisis or demanding situations.
- Must have high level of interpersonal skills, as position continually requires demonstrated professionalism, tact and diplomacy.
- Understands need for and maintains appropriate confidentiality at all times when interacting with clients, their families, visitors, referral sources and all other contacts.
- Must comply with continuing education guidelines set forth by the State of Arizona for those providing clinical supervision.
- Is able to adhere to Company policies and procedures and applicable Joint Commission standards.
_Knowledge_ - Must be able to integrate knowledge of substance abuse treatment into effective therapeutic practice on an individual and group basis.
All clinicians must be able to relate to a diverse population, often being presented with co-occurring diagnosis.
*Duties and Responsibilities* - Oversees the clinical team, using teamwork and excellent communication skills to work on behalf of the clients' needs.
- Plans and carries out individual and group treatment.
- Maintains accurate and complete records for each assigned client.
- Provide one on one or group supervision to all staff providing clinical services.
Supervision covers case review, training consultation, and evaluation.
- Maintain and oversee a curriculum for clients to follow while in the care of Wolf Creek Recovery.
- Must complete required documentation in a thorough and timely manner.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.
00 - $85,000.
