Requirements:
Qualifications:
18+ years old
Clear criminal history, Abuse Registry Check, drug/alcohol screenings.
First Aid/CPR Certification, approved caregiver training.
Adequate education/training for resident needs.
Medication Technician training/certification.
Valid fingerprint card.
Physical Requirements:
Continuous walking, pushing/pulling up to 300 pounds.
Assisting residents (70-290 pounds), normal vision/hearing.
Occasional bending, lifting (up to 25 pounds), office equipment use.
Additional Requirements:
Genuine interest in compassionate senior care.
Familiarity with policies, emergency plans, reporting.
Effective teamwork, communication, problem-solving.
Comfort with technology, HIPAA knowledge.
Strong multitasking, attention, time management.
Excellent customer service skills.
