*JOB TITLE* : *Physical Therapist Aide*
*REPORTS TO* : *Supervising Physical Therapist-Director/Owner of Practice*
*SALARY RANGE:* Depending on Qualifications Part Time salary range: $15.
00 and up per hour.
Position will be Tuesday 1:50p -7p, Wednesday 12:50p-6p, & most Saturday's 7a-12:50p.
Hours will fluctuate based on patient and business needs.
We are open Monday - Saturday.
Additional hours are available if you are available to cover vacation days or sick days.
*PHYSICAL THERAPY AIDE SUMMARY* :
Assists physical therapist to carry out effective treatment plan under direct supervision.
This person may be working with children, adolescents, adults and senior patients.
This person will have the knowledge and skills to care for the physical and developmental needs of this population.
This person will also be responsible for maintaining an inventory that allows the clinic to run smoothly.

*PHYSICAL THERAPY AIDE QUALIFICATIONS* :
_Education_ : High school diploma or sufficient education / experience-related.
_Certificate/Licensure_ : Basic Life Support/CPR certification is required.
*PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS* :
* Extensive standing / walking
* Lifting, positioning, pushing, and/or transferring patients
* Reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching
*MACHINES, TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED* :
Therapeutic exercise and modality devices including but not limited to electronic equipment, exercise equipment, aquatic therapy equipment, ambulation devices, wheelchairs, medical monitoring devices, computer, telephone and other clinic equipment.
