Ophthalmic/Optometric Technician

Fornara Eye Center has been a part of the Verde Valley for over 30 years and has an exciting opportunity for a person with a strong customer service background.

The successful candidate will possess professionalism, integrity, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.
Looking for a self motivated person who is able to work well with the public and other staff members.
The ideal candidate must be highly organized, a multi-tasker, and possess a positive attitude.
Candidate will prepare the patient to see the doctor and will perform ancillary testing.
Experience in eyecare is a plus, but we will train the necessary skills if you have the customer service experience.
Candidate must also be willing to cross train and will answer phones, schedule appointments, and train patients to wear contact lenses.
Computer proficiency is a must.
Office hours are Monday-Friday.
