We are seeking a Part Time (Thur only) Infusion Registered Nurse to join our Prescott team! You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure that all patient care plans have the documentation necessary to provide quality care and to adhere to all billing/coding standards.
* Responsible for charting and recording infusion vitals/administration
* Responsible for mixture and administration of all medications
* Must maintain and monitor drug inventory along with medical supply stock
* Start/Discontinue IV for infusion therapies
* Maintain sterile environment at all times
* Report to Director of Infusion to meet all goals, deadlines, and expectations
* Communicate with Infusion Coordination Team in relation to patient scheduling concerns
Qualifications:
* IV experience required
* Rheumatology or Oncology experience a plus
* Ability to build rapport with patients
* Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
