Clinical Director/Therapist

```Duties``` - Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with clients to address mental health concerns and promote emotional well-being - Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals - Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation - Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of mental health therapy ```Qualifications``` - Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field - Valid state licensure as a Clinical Therapist or ability to obtain licensure - Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and interventions for various mental health disorders - Experience working with diverse populations and addressing cultural considerations in therapy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage a caseload of clients and prioritize competing demands - Familiarity with medical management systems or healthcare management software is a plus Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
