Valet (Prepatory role for CNA)

Mountain View Manor is now accepting applications for our Valet position.
This is not a direct care position, but it is a way to come and see what working in the skilled nursing setting is all about.
While here, you will be exposed to elder care, and will be able to shadow healthcare professionals, with the understanding that if this is a good fit, Mountain View Manor will assist in helping you to obtain your CNA.
Mountain View Manor will assist you in signing up for an accredited CNA program.
Responsibilities: - Provide direct patient care thought no direct hands on until you are a CNA.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living - Answer call lights, hand out meal trays, and assist with other care - Begin your healthcare career with us! Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to obtain a level 1 fingerprint clearance card - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to complete a CNA course through NACOG (with facility assistance) Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
