Wellness Director

\*\*Wellness Director\*\* \*\*Duties:\*\* - Las Fuentes Resort Village, Prescott's premier senior living community is seeking a full time Wellness Director to add to our leadership team.
- This position has the potential to earn stock ownership in our company, The Pennant Group and earn the distinction as a Chief Wellness Officer.
- The primary responsibilities of the Wellness Director is to Develop and implement wellness programs and initiatives for residents in our upscale private pay assisted living and memory care community.
- Assess the health needs of residents and create individualized care plans - Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure proper medical care and treatment - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs and make necessary adjustments - Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding health and wellness topics - Maintain accurate medical records and documentation - Collaborate with other departments to promote a holistic approach to resident care - Oversee the wellness team and provide guidance and support as needed \*\*Skills:\*\* - Experience in assisted living, home health, or a similar healthcare setting - Strong knowledge of physiology and medical terminology - Registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN) required - Familiarity with medical records management systems - Understanding of home care, acute care, Medicare, and critical care practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail If you are passionate about promoting wellness and providing exceptional care to seniors, we invite you to join our team as a Wellness Director.
