Overview As our Dialysis RN at Dignity Health Yavapai Regional Medical Center, you will help patients undergoing dialysis treatment to improve their quality of life so they can manage their chronic kidney disease effectively.
Every day, you will be responsible for providing dialysis treatment to patients, including monitoring their vital signs, administering medication, and making sure they are comfortable throughout the procedure.
You will also be expected to educate patients on how to care for their catheter or fistula, and to ensure that their dialysis machine is working properly.
To be successful in this role, you should be comfortable working with patients who have chronic kidney disease, and have a good understanding of the principles of dialysis treatment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team are also critical to this role.

prescribe delegate and coordinate nursing care.
incorporate multiple disciplinary care and management with involved health care team members.
Qualifications Minimum: 1 year RN dialysis experience, and 2 Years acute care experience Associate’s Degree - Associates Degree-ADN, Diploma, or foreign equivalent Registered Nurse with current Arizona license.
AHA BLS Must have a thorough knowledge of nursing principles and procedures, a thorough knowledge and skills and the techniques of the nursing care of the dialysis patient as well as critical care patients including expertise in the use of dialysis equipment, resuscitation equipment and monitoring equipment such as EKG.
Must demonstrate high proficiency level in the area of hemodialysis, critical care nursing assessment and intervention.
Preferred: AHA ACLS Pay Range $41.
