Responsibilities
This position offers relocation assistance!
To function as a scrub technician first assistant.
The use of a STFA in the role of a first assistant in place of another physician will be left to the discretion of the surgeon.
When STFA is not first assisting he/she will work as needed in a Scrub Tech role.
Qualifications
Minimum
Successful completion of an approved First Assistant program with a curriculum that includes didactic and clinical training designed for first assisting the surgeon
Six months recent first assistant on-the-job experience and/or a letter of recommendation from surgeons for whom they performed as a first assistant and two years of scrub tech experience
Required: American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider
Preferred
Electronic Medical Record or Cerner experience
Scrub Tech First Assist Certificate

$35.
