Job Description A Office Manager is responsible for the following duties: Ensure every external/internal customer, vendor and visitor experience Customer WOW Provide a world class customer experience Answer phones Administrative Support for Departments Safety & HR Engineering Production Assist walk-in traffic Manage incoming facility invoices Organize outgoing and incoming mail Manage uniform program Event planning Manage and maintain conference rooms Other duties as assigned Qualifications Passion for providing a World Class Customer Experience Professional Verbal and Written Communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required Expectations of Employees Uphold company core values Maintain a clean and organized work area Utmost attention to safety Good attendance and punctuality Willingness to help out where needed Attention to detail Employee Benefits Weekly paycheck Boot reimbursements up to $125 Medical insurance - Covers 75% of premiums Dental and vision insurance Company paid life insurance 401K retirement account with 5% company match On the spot bonuses up to $100
