Your Role: As a Production Associate, you will:
* Supervise all aspects of painting projects, from planning to execution.
* Inspire and lead a team of skilled painters.
* Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Uphold high-quality standards and meticulous attention to detail.
* Collaborate with clients to surpass their expectations.

Your Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement recruiting, development, and retention programs for Job Site Supervisors.
* Conduct proper onboarding to set the team up for production success.
* Ensure flawless execution of field programs and systems.
* Provide ongoing training and safety inspections, conducting safety meetings.
* Requirements:
* Proven experience in a management role.
Knowledge of painting techniques and materials a plus.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
High attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Customer service experience.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Commitment to safety and quality.
Basic computer skills, including email and spreadsheet protocols.
Ability to work Monday-Friday with some Saturdays and nights as project demands.
Proven record of achieving and exceeding goals.
Compensation/Benefits:
* Competitive salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year.
