House Manager
Duties:
- Manage Clients, medications, oversee house/program rules, scheduling, Drs appointments, oversee house meetings, driving duties and working with other support team members.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the home
- Plan and organize social events and gatherings for Alumni and Clients
- Assist with meal planning
- Maintain inventory of household supplies
- Handle correspondence and manage appointments for the household
- Coordinate with contractors for repairs and maintenance
Skills:
- Compassion and tolerance, and extremely strong boundaries.
- Knowledge of deescalating tactics
- Ability to make medications available
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
