Specific Responsibilities:
VAN INSPECTION-responsible for weekly inspection of vans, service trucks, and service equipment to ensure cleanliness of equipment, and determine if equipment should be referred to mechanic for repairs.
VAN INVENTORY-responsible to inspect plumbing technician van to ensure proper inventory, and order van restocking as required.
This includes all plumbing parts, as well as all company supplied tools, and also ensure technician has useable and maintained equipment.
SHOP INVENTORY-responsible for tracking and inventory of all shop parts and supplies, ordering of restock of shop parts and supplies, water heaters, R.
O.
systems, water softener.
Also includes managing the shop supplied equipment that after every use it is inspected, clean and repaired as necessary ready to be used again.
TECHNICIAN MACHINE REPAIR-responsible for repairs, or coordinating repairs through third-party vendor, cable machines, cart scrubbing equipment, and cameras.
This includes oiling cables, cleaning equipment, and painting as necessary.
VEHICLE AND EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR-responsible for tracking and determining what vehicles and equipment need to be sent to shop maintenance for repairs, tracking time frames for repair, and determine vehicle and equipment up/down for repair status.
YARD CLEANLINESS AND FACILITIES REPAIR- responsible for yard cleanup, disposal of trash, disposal of recyclables and coordinating facility repairs lights, HVAC, toilets, faucets, etc.
STORAGE-responsible for proper storage of equipment, parts, and supplies, insure proper cleanliness of storage units, and proper access to equipment and supplies.
Also responsible for ensuring proper tracking of equipment checked into and out of the system.
Job Requirements:

Rooter Plumbing franchise location.

Desired Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of one year work experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience
