We are looking for a motivated individual to fulfill our Clinical Director position in Prescott, AZ.

Must be on-site however.
*Responsibilities for this position include:*
* Build positive relationships with clients, clinical staff and medical staff.
* Assist in the training and development of clinical staff.
* Provides for well managed facilities.
* Oversees general clinical operations.
* Adheres to the facility’s philosophy.
* Maintains an effective clinical organizational structure and delegate’s appropriate authority for completion of assigned responsibilities
* Provides for staff development (i.
e.
supervision, educational, etc.
)
* Demonstrates knowledge of administrative and clinical policies and procedures, and the ability to communicate these clearly and accurately to staff.
* Review assessments and treatment plans and sign off on all clinical staff documents.
* Collaborates with the Director of Operations and Nursing Management.
* Meet with the clinical team, weekly for review of patient charts, supervision/oversight, and oversight of group coverage.
* Manage curriculum for program and ensure all patients are being cared for and provided, in a clinical manner.
* Perform all other job duties, as assigned.
* *Qualifications:*
* Masters degree Required from an accredited University.
* AZ Board of Behavioral Health License required
* LPC, LCSW or LISAC preferred
* Social Work, Nursing, or health-related field experience preferred
* Pass pre-employment drug screen
* Experience in Chemical Dependency required
