Wolf Creek Recovery is looking for a female House Manager who is inspired for recovery and is ready to guide other women on their journey to long term sobriety.
JOB SUMMARY A House Manager provides direct support to the clients and the Clinical/Operations Team at the facility.
The House Manager is responsible for monitoring, supporting, and communicating client interactions within a therapeutic setting, collecting, and testing urine samples submitted by clients in accordance with our policy and procedure.
A House Manager is responsible for reinforcing our program structure as it pertains to the effective and therapeutic operation of the facility, including safety, emergency procedures, and non-violent crisis intervention.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS 1.
Provide supervision and support to clients at the Sober Living Facility.
Monitor, educate, and assist the client in the performance of daily living skills, activities and house schedule/structure.

Maintain effective communication with other staff members, clinical staff members and our operations team.
3.
Educate clients on daily schedules, appointment reminders, basic life skills and 12 step programming.
4.
Assist with inventory and general maintenance of supplies, facilities, and equipment.
5.
Conduct room searches as scheduled or at the discretion of the staff and conduct random urinalysis drug testing twice weekly and as outlined procedurally.
6.
Transport clients safely to doctor appointments, 12 step meetings, grocery shopping, activities and scheduled events.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 1.
High school diploma or equivalent.
2.
Minimum six months of experience in substance abuse treatment or behavioral health with a professional reference attesting to your commitment of customer service, punctuality, and professionalism.

21 years of age or older 4.
Female 5.
A Valid Driver’s License.

Working knowledge and experience with 12 step recovery Job Type: Full-time Schedule: * Saturday and Sunday including overnights * Includes Holidays * Weekend availability License/Certification: * Current Driver's License(Required) * Clean Driving Record (Required) * Background Checks (Preferred) Shift availability: * Includes Daytime, Nighttime and Overnight Hours (Required) * 2 full days (Required) Pay Range: * Competitive Compensation week *plus incentives.
