We are seeking an Assistant Clinical Director to assist in leading the Rosewood team.
This is a Full-Time position with benefits, with possible on-call rotation.
Responsibilities Include:: Assist the Clinical Director in oversight of the program and management of the milieu Provide effective leadership to the clinical staff and support to the multidisciplinary treatment team Provide individual, group, and family therapy Conduct clinical assessments Participate in discharge and aftercare planning Model healthy relationship with food when working during facility meal times Qualifications:: Master’s degree in a clinical counseling discipline (e.
g.
, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling) Licensed in a clinical counseling field (e.
g.
LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW) Active Supervisory Certification One year of experience working in a behavioral health setting with management experience is preferred Prior experience treating individuals eating disorders in a residential or hospital setting helpful Experience with employee selection and performance management is a plus We are committed to creating a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
