Triple Creek Kitchen and Spirits is seeking to fill a PM Lead Line Cook position.
The ideal candidate will have experience in food prep and safety, knife skills, line operations, a long-term culinary background, leadership experience.
Ideal candidates will have an active food handler's card, a willingness to provide excellent service, an ability to lead on a team and handle pressure and have flexible availability to work a variety of shifts.
The PM Head Cook reports to the Kitchen Manager, Executive Chef, and Restaurant Manager.
Responsibilities include:
* Training cooks and other kitchen staff.
* Supervising services and acting commander when kitchen manager and executive chef are not present.
* Planning and supervising tasks carried out by the food preparation staff.
* Taking responsibility for the health and safety of the food team.
* Ensuring that the menu is fresh and well presented.
* Keeping abreast of culinary trends and incorporating these into the menu.
* Assisting in developing recipes and determining how best to present dishes.
* Assisting in ordering food and supplies.
* Checking regularly that the equipment and work areas are kept spotless
* Keeping abreast of and complying with the latest health and safety laws and regulations

Starting pay is $18-$21 per hour, depending on experience.
