Hilton Garden Inn Prescott Downtown is a small business in Prescott, AZ.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of food and beverage operations, including kitchen, dining service, catering, and banquets at Triple Creek Kitchen and Spirits and Sam Hill Warehouse Event Center.
- Develop and implement menus.
- Ensure that all food service activities comply with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Train and supervise staff members, including managers, supervisors, cooks, servers, and bartenders.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special events and ensure smooth operations.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a leadership role in the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
