Assistant Kitchen Manager/Chef

Rosati's Pizza is a beloved and iconic Pizzeria & Italian Restaurant celebrating our 59 year anniversary.
We are looking to add a full-time, experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager to help oversee the BOH operation and run our kitchen.
The ideal candidate will have a 3 plus years experience in the kitchen.
As the Assistant Kitchen Manager, your time will be assisting the General Manager with: * Producing high quality pizza & Italian food orders based on Rosati's original recipes * Opening & Closing Kitchen & BOH Responsibilities; * Managing, scheduling and ordering inventory and supplies for the restaurant; * Achieving monthly incentive bonus based on revenue and expense targets; and * Ensuring high-quality menu items are complete, accurately and on-time.
*Restaurant Hours* * Sunday - Thursday: 11AM to 8PM * Friday & Saturday: 11AM to 9PM As a key member of the Rosati's Pizza Management Team, you will have the opportunity to become a business owner (think succession planning) with no out-of-pocket cost to you.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.
