Assistant Manager

Rosati's Pizza is a beloved and iconic Pizzeria & Italian Restaurant celebrating our 59 year anniversary.
We are looking to add a full-time, assistant manager to help oversee the BOH operation and work in our kitchen.
The ideal candidate will have a 2 plus year successful track record and experience working in a kitchen.
As the Assistant Manager, your time will be split between: * Opening & Closing Kitchen & BOH Responsibilities; * Assist in mentoring, scheduling and ordering supplies; * Achieving monthly incentive bonus based on revenue and expense targets; * Produce high quality pizza & food orders based on Rosati's original recipes; and * Ensuring high-quality menu items are complete, accurately and on-time.
As a key member of the Rosati's Pizza Management Team, you will have the opportunity to become a business partner (think succession planning) with no out-of-pocket cost to you.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $44,000.
00 - $48,000.
