Our company is looking to hire a Front of House Manager to help support our team.
This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the dining experience: ensuring that our customers have a great time, great food, and great service.
This is a fast-paced position with a lot of on the spot decision-making involved, and we are looking for candidates who have previous experience in management or at least 3 years restaurant experience.
Overview:
* Responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant, including profitability, monitoring all costs and controls while not compromising guest satisfaction or quality.
* To operate the restaurant to the highest of standards; to comply with our procedures and policies, as well as applicable laws and regulations governing health and safety in the workplace.
* Maintain the restaurants standards and ensure excellent service.
* Maintain excellent guest relations
* Reports to Owner
Qualifications:
Requires 3+ Years high volume Restaurant/Hospitality Experience.
* Excellent people skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Patience and Integrity.
* Calm under pressure: must have the ability to problem solve, trouble shoot, effectively prioritize work and assignments, and accurately meet deadlines.
Essential Job Functions:
* Responsible for staff scheduling, delegating tasks, supervising service and strong floor presence.
* Work closely with staff and restaurant management teams to ensure guests have extraordinary experiences.
* Assist in the training, mentoring, supervision and motivation of team.
* Assist in hiring, coaching, disciplining, counseling, and conducting performance reviews.
* Adhere to and enforce cash management systems.
* Must be available to work Wednesday through Sunday.
Lunch/Dinner Shifts
This position will be available at the end of February.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.
00 - $20.
00 per hour
