Position Summary: The primary role of the Experience Lead is to recruit, develop, empower, and hold the team accountable who directly engage with our guests.
This position is connected to the faith and mission of the camp and moving forward the mission and vision of UCYC.
Responsibilities:
The areas that this position will oversee are: Program, Guest Services, Production, Dining, and Retail
Works with departments to develop and implement the annual budget
Provides sound judgement.
leadership, and accountability within the team
Communicates with departments to identify and resolve issues
Works with teams to ensure that the right people are in the right seat
Assists in creating a strategy that will champion UCYC's vision
Write Biblically based curriculum
Supports the vision and direction of UCYC
Participates in "all staff" events at each level
Upholds UCYC's Core Values: Hungry, Humble, Smart
