Head Chef/Kitchen Manager/Cooks

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced head Chef/Kitchen Mgr and Cooks to join our team.
As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in our kitchen.
Your culinary expertise and attention to detail will ensure that our customers enjoy delicious and high-quality meals.
Duties: - Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards - Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment - Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner to meet customer expectations - Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute daily food preparation - Supervise and train kitchen staff as needed - Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary - Maintain equipment and utensils in good working condition - Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar role within the food industry - Knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and presentation - Strong understanding of food safety practices - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Skills: - Culinary expertise - Food safety knowledge - Supervising experience - Kitchen operations proficiency - Restaurant management skills If you are passionate about cooking, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, we would love to hear from you.
