Overview
As our Quality Patient Safety Program Manager at Dignity Health Yavapai Regional Medical Center, you will help ensure that every patient receives the highest standard of care and safety during their stay.
Every day you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the quality and safety programs within the facility.
You will be expected to collaborate with various departments, monitor compliance with state and federal regulations, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of patient care.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in healthcare quality and safety management, as well as a deep understanding of state and federal regulations related to healthcare.
You must also be an excellent communicator with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
Support, coordinate, and facilitate the quality management (QM), patient safety (PS) and regulatory performance improvement (PI) activities for the hospital and medical staff
Assists in the design, planning, implementation and coordination of QM, PS and PI activities
Participates in an integral role to ensure compliance with CMS HIQRP/HOQRP, TJC, Leapfrog, etc.
, data collection and reporting of process and outcome measures
Facilitates meetings, presents data and reports, identifies key findings and assists with action plans and implementation
Qualifications
Minimum:
One (1) year healthcare-related quality management/performance improvement experience (e.
g.
, chart audits, PI team member, etc.
) and three (3) years clinical experience in an acute care setting.
Bachelor's degree or five (5) years of related job or industry experience in lieu of degree.
Current state license in a clinical field in state of practice.
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), or Healthcare Quality and Management Certification (HCQM), or Certificate of Professional
Healthcare Quality and Patient Safety (CPQPS) within 2 years of employment
Pay Range
$40.
