Senior construction Estimator for part time work (Prescott Valley)

I've been in commercial building estimating for 40 years.
The first 30 years within the sub-contractors industry and the past 10 years within General Contracting side and for a National builder.
I'm proficient with OST (On-screen Take-off) and Planswift and carry a license for Planswift, which would be the software I'd use for survey & quantification.
With the national builder I surveyed and quantified commercial buildings interiors, exteriors, concrete, hardscape & landscape.
I performed all this work on all milestone drawings (ROM/Massing, SD, DD & CD/GMP level plans).
I've retired, but would like to work from home as a 1099 vendor/sub-contractor by helping out.
