Guaranteed 40 hours, M-F 8:00AM to 4:00PM.

This position may travel at times in a company vehicle, with overnight stays.
• Provides support to the Training manager.
• Use of Excel spreadsheet documentation.
• Maintains and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
• Lead groups in peer support training classes.
• Skills needed:
- Organization
- Scheduling
- Excellent Written and Verbal communication
- 40 WPM
Education &
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Prior experience in administrative, accounting, claims, or bookkeeping is a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft office software and QuickBooks.
Minimum Qualifications / Experience:
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License.
• Clear a background investigation and drug test.
